My Infinite Agenda~Review

I love staying organized. I’ve tried nearly every mainstream planner on the market. I genuinely enjoy changing my planning style to suit the needs of my family and season of life. Just like every other year I’ve been hunting for just-the-right planner for my 2018. Well friends, I found it!!!

Allow me to share my thoughts and images about the 2018 planner and system, My Infinite Agenda

Before we begin it’s important to know, I’m just a regular consumer. I am not in anyway affiliated with this company or their products. Goal setting, organizing and planning are three things that make my heart sing. Throughout the years, I’ve used many systems that have various benefits. And I may have (ahem) bought a new planner in the middle of the year just to keep things fresh…whoops!

My Infinite Agenda is a seamless blend of goal setting, planning, and journaling. For 2018, this is exactly what I was looking for. Plus, isn’t it beautiful!?

The company gives a portion of the proceeds from each purchase to one of three charities. Products with purpose, what!?! Now I love it even more! Each charity is chosen by the consumer depending on the cover color they pick. The color I chose was black, so I know some of the money I spent on my planner goes to support Charity: Water.

The agenda starts with a gratitude practice/goal setting/dreaming/vision board section at the very front. This is by far one of the thickest planners I’ve used and it’s because of this all important first section. I have set some time aside next week to purposefully engage in my own dream building for 2018 and am excited to dig into this section. It may be a teensy bit big for me to carry in a bag around town. So, I plan on laying it on my desk or quiet journaling corner…with a cup of coffee…or wine…and maybe some chocolate…now I’m hungry.

The authors challenge and guide the consumer to think short and long term, recognizing that small steps now add up to big goals accomplished later. We all know th power of writing down our goals and to shift to positive action-oriented thinking is proven to be effective. I love that the founders put planning, dreaming and goal setting in one definable agenda. Having a step-by-step guide right at the beginning, which they call My Infinite Declarations sealed the deal for me, helpful and inspiring!

Now onto the color scheme and design. The pages are slightly thicker which offers longterm durability. However they aren’t coffee proof, so be careful. Don’t make me digress and tell you about the time I died a little inside when I spilled coffee all over my newly minted planner in January of 2015.

The planner is doubled coiled in a gold or bronze color. Font typeset and internal design colors are a minty turquoise, gray and white. Many of the dream building and goal setting pages are either a grid or blank page style. Um, can we all unanimously say, Bullet Journaling? There is space to hand letter, doodle, and sticky note your way to a better life!

Scattered all throughout My Infinite Agenda are inspiring and motivation quotes.

The monthly planning and weekly pages are nestled together nicely with the convenience of a durable tab for ease of access throughout the year. It is laid out beautifully. Personally, I love that the month is on a one page spread, not two pages. I HATE having to try to write in the creases (where the page meets the spine) of a planner.

The weekly pages encourage gratitude practice daily which I need a little more of every day. I love the gentle nudge to keep it on the forefront of my thoughts.

At the end of each month is a recap section on grid style paper. The theme of focus and purposeful intention is woven throughout the entire agenda.

To end the agenda, there is a year in review section with several more grid pages. The authors really did button this puppy up with a tidy bow. Start thinking back, think present, think future…then end 2018 with more reflection and purpose. Mhm… my perfectly structured heart is jumping for joy!

My Infinite Agenda is a beautiful, artfully designed, way of dreaming, goal setting, vision boarding, journaling and planning. It merges the worlds seamlessly. There are many amazing planners and agendas lining the shelves of stores(and internet) this time of year. I hope my thorough explanation helps offer clarity to one more option As many of us engage in reflection on 2017 and dreaming of the possibilities in 2018 My Infinite Agenda is one great guide and planner for the future.
