Ingredients

  • 1 Tube Crescent Roll Dough
  • 1 C Breakfast Meat of Choice
  • 1 T All Purpose Seasoning
  • 1/4 C Shredded Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Spray your muffin tin liberally with nonstick spray.

  3. Nestle one crescent triangle into each muffin cups, totalling eight muffin cups (let the excess dough hang over the edge of the muffin tin for now).

  4. Crack 1 egg into each muffin cup, right on top of the dough.

  5. Layer precooked breakfast meat on top.

  6. Sprinkle with all purpose seasoning and shredded cheese.

  7. Fold the overhanging dough onto each muffin cup.

  8. Whisk the 9th egg in a bowl and brush it on top of each breakfast cup to give them a golden color during baking.

  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min (until your eggs are cooked to desired doneness)

  10. Tip: If you see your dough edges start to darken but the egg hasn't baked through, then place tin foil on top of your dough as little tents, to keep the edges from burning.

  11. Leftovers keep in the fridge, and this breakfast is delicious reheated the next morning.

I love having the ingredients in my fridge during the holidays, especially if I’m feeding a crowd and know we are going to have a large meal later in the day (thinkThanksgiving).
