Intentional Wardrobe Update for Spring
This year, more than most, I really needed to update my spring wardrobe. I don’t typically need to do nearly a full revamp of my core pieces. My staples were worn out and it was time to start some updating.

The great news, I got nearly everything on sale. I have been working intentionally for about a year to build a really thoughtful wardrobe. You can track that progress here, here, and here.
An Intentional Spring Wardrobe
One of my main goals for this biggish update was to make sure everything could coordinate across each of the pieces and throughout multiple seasons. Rather than focus on having a “capsule” wardrobe I chose pieces I feel great in and love. They just so happened to all coordinate.
Wardrobe Staple Update
Everything is curated with a coordinating color scheme. I pulled pieces that were olive, gray, cream, a warm yellow, mauve, and a neutral brown. Several of the pieces I bought are great wardrobe staples that I can wear across multiple seasons and they are stylistically neutral.

It feels great to have a few fresh pieces for spring. I was on a strict budget for this update so it was a challenge to find stylish and modern pieces that will be strong buildable staples too. After hunting for a few weeks, I’m happy with the result.
